From the very first client to 1000 clients a month - read below about our non stop journey!

An unlikely entry to market...

In the year 2019 (just before COVID rattled the world) Brad Leonards was working as an independent consultant offering sales and training assistance to motor dealers and their teams.

It became evident pretty quickly that so many dealerships were either not offering exceptional customer service in their aftercare and finance departments or weren't offering these products and services AT ALL.

On one particular trip to a dealer client to offer staff sales training, Brad learnt that the dealer simply didn't have an aftercare consultant in the business because they cost too much and didn't stay working in the business very long anyway; it was simply 'too hard'.


Given Brad's experience in managing sales departments at both a Sales Manager and General Sales Manager level, rather than continue with the pre appointed sales training service, Brad began showing this dealer how to maximise a vital profit centre missing from their bottom line.

"I'll do it myself!" and Brad proceeded to work with the salespeople in the showroom that day, establish a simple an effective 'introduction to aftercare' system and then blew them away with success after success with client facing aftercare sales.


It was from this platform Brad decided to launch an entire business centered around filling the gaps missing in a dealership's operation whilst providing a 'no cost' solution with only upside;

Aftercare Sales.  

What's COVID?

We all know that the 'rona shut down multiple industries in it's wake, rendering the automotive industry as a profitless and stock heavy conglomerate of an industry destined to suffer as consumer's tightened their purse strings.

Although TSNS was in it's early days, the ability to still maintain an additional revenue stream for the dealer network with a nil cost service helped both TSNS and the dealerships accross Australia make their way through what would otherwise have been a show stopping event....but - the service never stopped! 

Catching the eye of the big guys

Word spread as it does in the automotive industry, and pretty soon TSNS was providing it's elite phone sales services to the Eagers Automotive Group (Australia's largest automotive group and publicly listed company).

Now TSNS had grown and 3 agents were enlisted full time along with an IT and Analyst team to ensure the service continued to 'never stop!'.

And it hasn't.

With over 1000 clients assisted on behalf of our dealer network, TSNS has grown from the humble beginnings of a one man operator to a professional and synchronized team of operators fielding and making hundreds of calls a day and maximizing profits for their dealer partners.

From Vehicle Care to Automotive Electrical products, IT & Training Solutions, Content and Marketing Creation and a soon to be launched Financial Services and Sales Training division...TSNS is the go to group for dealer department and sales support.
